Steam bath

Steam Bath Benefits

  • The most common benefit of steam bath is relaxation. It gives a soothing effect to your body and mind, thereby reducing stress levels and tension.
  • It  provides your muscle the best form of relief especially near the joints. When joints and muscles are relaxed, you have fewer chances of encountering conditions like arthritis and other joint pains.
  • The cumulative effect of sweating results in 30% reduction of toxins in your body. It is an effortless and a practical way to detox, and with a greater degree of effectiveness.
  • It helps you generate heat from your body. This in turn increases the blood circulation to your skin and thereby helps in skin nourishment.
  • Steam bath benefits for skinPost having this bath; your skin looks significantly radiant and healthier. The skin gets sufficiently hydrated which improves its elasticity and gives a youthful look. Detoxification also helps in making your skin glow.

Sauna

Effect of sauna

  • Increased Circulation

The heat from the sauna increases your heart rate and causes your blood vessels to relax and dilate, allowing more blood to reach your arms, legs, hands and feet. The metabolic effect of a sauna is similar to that of strenuous exercise, although it does not have the same muscular or cardiovascular benefits as exercise.

  • Relaxation and Pain Relief

The heat from the sauna causes your muscles to relax, which helps relieve stress. Stress reduction can also result from resting in a quiet place and letting your mind wander as your body starts to relax. Increased muscular relaxation can also help reduce pain. According to “The American Journal of Medicine,” regular sauna baths may help alleviate the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis and rheumatism as well as discomfort from pulled or strained muscles.

  • Improved Immunity

Taking regular sauna baths will not prevent all types of illness, but it might help reduce the number of colds you get and how long the colds last. A 1990 study reported in “The Annals of Internal Medicine” found that people who took regular sauna baths had statistically significantly fewer colds than a control group who didn’t use saunas. A sauna’s heat mimics a fever, which might help the body rid itself of some bacterial and fungal infections.

  • Clean Skin

When you sweat a lot, your pores open up and the sweat can rinse out dirt and impurities in your skin. A sauna can leave your skin feeling soft, clean and sometimes tingling. Cleaner pores may reduce acne outbreaks. To get their skin really clean, Finnish people use a loofah or brush while in the sauna to remove rough patches and dead skin cells

Relax zone Tepidarium

The tepidarium is a place to relax in between the variety of therapies and after working out. It is also recommended as an introduction treatment before going to the sauna or before cooling.

Solar tanning

It is assumed that controlled exposure to UV is even safer than natural tan because controlled exposure to UV rays are filtered, and in the exact opposite way, natural bronze no one can guarantee that sunlight is filtered (due to thinning of the ozone layer).
Can stimulate resistance to physical effort and make a good physical condition, positive and optimistic. Induces a good mental state, positive and optimistic.
UV rays help the body prevent osteoporosis by producing vitamin D3.

The sunbed is not included in the price. The additional fee is 2 BGN per minute
